Frequently Asked Questions

Where does Homqis ship?

Homqis currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted-access locations.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually require 2–4 business days for handling before dispatch. After shipment, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5–11 business days, including handling time.

Is standard shipping free?

Yes. Homqis offers free standard shipping within the United States. Additional charges may apply only for limited situations such as optional special handling, failed re-delivery attempts, or remote locations where carrier fees apply.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, and protective materials included.

Who pays for return shipping?

Free return shipping is provided if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped. For non-defective returns, including change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank, card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Do Homqis products include a warranty?

Eligible Homqis lighting products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical component failures under normal residential use. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
