At Homqis, we are committed to delivering your lighting products in a safe, reliable, and transparent manner. Because many lighting products are large, fragile, or require careful handling, our shipping process is carefully managed to support secure packaging and timely delivery.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Cut-Off & Processing

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 18:00 (GMT-5), Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Handling Time

All orders undergo quality inspection, secure packaging, and logistics coordination before dispatch.

  • Handling Time: 2 – 4 business days
  • Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other external factors.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 11 business days, including handling time.

Delivery Process & Responsibilities

Due to the weight, size, or fragile nature of certain lighting products:

  • The carrier may contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • For large items, you may need to arrange assistance for unloading or moving the product after delivery.
  • Optional services such as indoor delivery, special handling, or additional carrier services may incur extra charges if requested or required.

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery and documenting any visible damage or delivery issues with photos or video.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is offered within the United States.
  • No standard shipping fee is charged at checkout for eligible U.S. orders.

Additional charges may apply only in limited cases, such as:

  • Optional special handling or delivery services requested by the customer.
  • Re-delivery attempts caused by failed delivery due to incorrect address details or unavailable recipient.
  • Remote or hard-to-access locations, where additional carrier fees apply.

If any additional charge is required, we will notify you before proceeding whenever possible.

Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military addresses, including APO/FPO addresses
  • Government or restricted-access locations

A valid residential or commercial address and an active contact number are required at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout, where available. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status after dispatch.

Currency

All transactions on the Homqis website are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
