At Homqis, we take pride in providing quality lighting products, including chandeliers, ceiling fixtures, and other home lighting solutions. Because many lighting products are fragile, large, or require careful handling, we maintain a clear return and refund process to ensure fairness and transparency for our customers.

Return Eligibility

We currently accept returns for orders delivered within the United States only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • All parts, accessories, manuals, and protective materials must be included.
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, improper handling, or external impact.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

Inspection & Verification

Due to the delicate nature of lighting fixtures, we strongly recommend that customers record a clear video when receiving and unboxing the product. We also recommend keeping all original packaging materials until you are sure the item is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at support@homqis.com.
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence showing the issue.
  • Include your order number and the email address used during purchase.

Our team may request additional information to verify the condition of the item and determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@homqis.com.
  2. Wait for return approval and return instructions.
  3. Securely repack the item using the original packaging materials.
  4. Follow the return shipping instructions provided by our support team.

Important:

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Walk-in or in-person returns are not available.
  • All returns must be handled through our authorized return process.

Return Shipping Costs

Free return shipping is provided if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrectly shipped

For non-defective returns, including change-of-mind returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The return shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund where applicable.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Warranty Coverage

Homqis lighting products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components under normal residential use.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, accidents, external impact, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed, used, modified, or altered.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, improper installation, or external impact.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
