Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Venmo, where available through PayPal checkout

You may complete your purchase by:

  • Paying as a guest using a debit or credit card through PayPal’s secure checkout gateway.

All transactions are processed through PayPal’s encrypted payment system. Homqis does not store or have direct access to your full card details.

Currency of Transactions

  • All prices displayed on the Homqis website are in United States Dollars (USD).
  • All payments are processed in USD.

If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank, card provider, or payment service may apply:

  • International transaction fees
  • Other payment-provider charges

Homqis does not charge additional currency conversion fees and does not control fees applied by external banks, card providers, or payment services.

Billing & Checkout Process

When placing an order:

  1. Add your selected items to the cart.
  2. Review your order details, shipping information, and total cost before payment.
  3. Proceed to PayPal’s secure checkout page.
  4. Choose to log in to PayPal or pay directly with an eligible debit or credit card.
  5. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after payment, please contact us at support@homqis.com.

Shipping Information Related to Payment

Homqis currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

  • Shipping Coverage: United States only
  • Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping within the United States
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 18:00 (GMT-5), Monday to Friday
  • Handling Time: 2 – 4 business days
  • Estimated Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days after dispatch
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 11 business days, including handling time

Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Free standard shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders. Additional charges may apply only in limited cases, such as optional special handling services, re-delivery attempts caused by incorrect address details or unavailable recipient, or remote or hard-to-access locations where additional carrier fees apply.

Any applicable shipping-related charges will be shown or communicated before proceeding whenever possible.

Refunds & Payment Reversals

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved.

Your bank, card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been processed by us.
