At Homqis, we stand behind the quality of the lighting products we offer. Products are checked before shipment to help ensure they are complete, properly packed, and in suitable condition for dispatch.
To provide customers with additional confidence, eligible Homqis lighting products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical component failures under normal residential use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty may cover issues such as:
- Electrical or wiring malfunctions caused by factory defects
- Faulty lamp holders, drivers, switches, connectors, or internal wiring
- Structural defects caused by manufacturing or material issues
- Product defects that prevent normal use under proper installation and handling
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Light bulbs, LED tubes, batteries, or other consumable components
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair
- Physical damage that occurs after delivery, including cracks, dents, scratches, or breakage
- Damage caused by accidents, external impact, fire, water exposure, electrical surges, or unstable power supply
- Normal wear and tear, discoloration, aging, rust, corrosion, or environmental effects such as humidity
- Products used for commercial, rental, industrial, or non-residential purposes unless stated otherwise
- Products altered, rewired, or installed in a way that does not follow normal safety or installation practices
- Issues caused by incompatible bulbs, incorrect voltage, or unsuitable electrical conditions
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Provide Order Details
- Your order number
- Date of purchase or delivery
- The email address used during purchase
- A clear description of the issue
Step 2: Provide Visual Evidence
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
- Photos of the product, affected part, packaging, and shipping label if applicable
This helps our team assess the product condition and determine the appropriate resolution.
Step 3: Evaluation Process
- Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days after receiving the required information.
- Additional information, troubleshooting steps, or return instructions may be requested if needed.
Step 4: Resolution
If your warranty claim is approved, we may provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement parts, where suitable and available
- A replacement or exchange at no additional cost
- A similar product of equal value if the original item is unavailable
- Return instructions if the item needs to be returned for assessment or replacement
Important Conditions
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
- Warranty coverage is non-transferable.
- Repaired or replaced items remain covered for the remaining period of the original warranty.
- Claims submitted without complete information may take longer to review or may not be processed.
- Warranty claims must be submitted before the warranty period expires.
Relationship With Return & Refund Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible product defects that occur during the warranty period under normal residential use.
